They did a good job, good PPG glass, nice and convenient to have them show up at your work / home and do it on site.
Of course, being the picky one I am, I watched over them the whole time. Plus it's a great time to clean those hard to reach nooks of the dash board.
I did get one scratched piece of glass. They offered to either waive my deductable, or get me new glass. I chose new glass, and they were back a couple days later with a new piece.
I would recomend them, with 2 caveats; I'm not sure that I'd have them put glass in my S4, and YMMV with local guys. I maybe just have a good crew?

Did excellent work at my work parking lot both times. The first time, I opted for OEM. That got chipped again within months. The next time, I went with PPG which held until I turned the car in.

Each shop has different employees...you will get differing experiences with each. I had them to one on one of my A4s before. Job was decent.
