Its very annoying bouncing around, any idea if you could buy a new C/O assembly?

Default I had one that was DOA. (m) The people at H&R didn't (m)

believe me when I said it was bad. They wanted to speak to the shop that installed them. Then they would not send a replacement unless I paid for it, then when the defective unit was returned they would reimburse me. I had to argue with them to get them to pay the shipping charges, which they initially billed to me. Finally, they would not reimburse me for the labor charges to have their defective part replaced, so I paid for two installs. That doesn't describe your situation, but I won't buy from H&R again.

Default I had the same one blow. Remove all of the H&R parts from your car and throw them away.

Buy STaSIS! H&R told me I would have to wait six weeks for a new one, and there were complete sets in stock - but sorry - they needed to sell them. At the time I was angry, but then I bought STaSIS and now I have a great product. I thought H&R was good, and so I almost waited - think of the failure as a gift - a gift of knowledge - toss the H&R crap in trash.

What Stasis C.O. did you get? Spring rate? Sedan or Avant?

Default Here, no issues with AWE.

with AWE you buy the replacement shock, have it installed inplace of the blown one, and send the blown one back to AWE.

I had a credit to my account in about a week.

I believe the shock was operating in bad conditions, 10 degrees below zero, and impacting a big pot hole.
