in particular 225/40-18? I'm sure the S-03s will be wider, but anyone have a pic comparing the 2 on a 18x8.5 rim?

I've got 225/40-18 S-03s on my 18x8.5 BBH CHs currently, but am looking to replace the set potentially w/the MXs. I'd like to stick w/225/40-18 but if they look stretched out on a 8.5" rim (for reference, i think my S-03s like fine), then I'll got 235/40-18 instead

I would go with 235/35 if you can, on an 8.5.

225/40/18 Section width MX 9.1", SO3 9.2" according to tirerack and MX is not recommended on 8.5".
