Default He doesn't have a shop...

...but he knows someone who does! That's good enough reason to claim it's his.

Default i think they are basically the same dude ... we dont really have specs on the 997 wheels so its hard

to compare the 2. some people say the 997 flows a little bit more than the rs6 wheel ... i dont theres any data on it though?

i think either choice is a good choice. just be sure to get a qualified rebuilder. there were some issues with rs6 hybrids built by a specific shop, aka "buehn bombs".... but since you have turbos to rebuild you should be ok ...

oh btw, go GT2860

Default Wait.. can Marc tune?

I thought he only steals programs then turns down knock sensitivity with his cracked version of WinOLS? Is that tuning? I guess some would consider that it is.

Remember when Marc was a spokesperson or something for AWE? This guy has the potential to bring the same negativity to VAST that BBB did for AWE.

What kind of response is that? Do you have any knowledge to share or are you a new EF?

Default LOL weight reduced? You mean the 375lbs of man in my car, a full size spare, OEM battery and

full interior? You seem to know a lot, were you there that night?

Guess you missed the part where I passed a 12.8 second lightened A6 with only 9 lbs of boost.

I have over 8 logs with 4.3-4.5 FATS on pump gas and a spike of 9.5 psi, compared to my Stage 2+ car running 18 psi spike on race gas which ran 4.4 FATS at best -- with a lightweight battery, and no spare.

So you tell me, how is it that my car is running better FATS on pump gas, 90 lbs more weight, and half the PSI than my Stage 2+ set up on race gas? Interesting.

Quick Reply: anyone have logs and or dyno plots of rs6/k04 and (vs.) k04/997 hybrids they can post?
