were your turbos new and modded, or rebuilt then modded?
i think most of the issues are with the used/rebuilt ones.
im also curious in particular about the ones from his big groupbuy he had ... one of my friends has a set of k04/rs6 with options that has yet to be installed ......

997 compressors are slightly larger than RS6's.
Exhaust side is still your killer though. Mike@VAST has pictures here somewhere with the measurements of each of the comparative compressor wheels.

No doubt, I have to two more sets here 'barely' used for ya! Work Great!
If you like wheels rubbing on housings and 'previously used' compressors installed and inadequately balanced.
