Maybe ECS tuning has a pic on their website?
It's a pretty simple thing.
Take a cylinder, about a 1/2" in diameter and 1-1/4" long.
Hollow out the inside leaving a 1/4" around the edge. Leave one of the surfaces closed and flat. Almost like a thimble or shot-glass.
Then, the length of the cylinder there are bearings in the walls of the cylinder.
The pilot bearing goes around the very tip of the input shaft of the transmission.

Ours is longer, and one of the ends is closed, but that's pretty close.
