You *might* gain 20-30whp over OEM K03s, but if you're going through the trouble of dropping your motor, I really don't see why anyone would risk having to drop it *again* (after they blow) when you can just put in K04s and inlets for $2500 and call it a day.

I think, in the long run, playing the odds, I'll end up with k04s, since I don't want to pull my engine 2x.
Unless I find that the first pull was just do darned easy that I won't mind another. not likely.

If you have hybrids putting out 400+ hp, and k04s putting out 430+, to me it doesn't matter, since either way, it's a huge boost.
But, after spending $1800 on hybrids vs $2600 for k04's, I don't want to risk forking out $ for a 3rd set of turbos. This is going to be a 1x replacement for me, and that pretty much means k04s.
Or, my car could go another 50-60k miles like PaJohn's.
