Anyone here upgrade the front AND the rear brakes?

I am not sure if S8 rotors look the same as my Brembos. If I just wanted to upgrade the rotors, I could have already done so, by getting it Brembo as well.
I wish to upgrade the whole system, so it's consistent with the looks of the front!
Thanks for the suggestion.

Just curious...then why only upgrade the fronts? and not the rears.
MY plan is to install better pads and rotors. Porterfield pads and Brembo rotors (all four corners)
The replacement pads/rotors are just as much as OEM but are better designed for the punishment of our heavy car and SOME track (married - and she isn't into the race scene)

According to some of the knowledged I've gathered, most of the braking the S4 does (70+%) is by the front brakes. The rears are fine in stock form. The front are fine in stock form if you only do street driving in my opinion.
I upgraded the fronts just because I wanted an upgrade. In fact, the rears weren't upgraded at the same time, because Brembo was still dealing with figuring out the parking brake situation.
The Brembo brakes are 14". Stock is not that size.
Upgrading the rotors and pads will only prevent you from getting warped rotors. Because the whole braking system is still relatively the same, except for pads, you probably won't get much of an improvement other then good looking rotors. Don't know for sure though, since I've never done any testing.
My rear upgrade is to get the whole system complete. I'm sure the braking upgrade situation won't be much different from what I have now.
One thing to keep in mind, that I was not aware before is the difference between braking fluids. When I installed the front brake upgrade, we used same fluid as M3 brakes use. Brake feel seemed more sure footed, and the brakes would grab the rotors hard. Just had Clair change brake fluid part of 30K mile maintenance, and it seems that whatever Audi uses, the brakes are softer and smoother grab. I want to change back to the other fluid, but before that, I want to see braking distance tests done on the current setup. Will do it most likely this week/end.
Since the rotors are the same price, an upgrade is most likely a good decision, if you plan on tracking.

everything for the sake of it....but for my limited track use and autoX use, I think that rotor&pad upgrades is all that is required - once I'm out of warranty. Since pricing is similar, it would be silly not to put the better parts on there.
I do plan on putting Mutol600 in there, this spring....I've heard that'll make quite a difference.
Thanks for the info
