Default If its not connected to a wideband sensor/meter, an AFR gauge is nothing more than pretty lights.

Useless for any real informational value.

agreed. Is one EGT enough? I would think you'd need two?

Default Heh. I was trying not to be too harsh. But yeah the AFR gauges that I've seen have been pretty

damned annoying with that light constantly bouncing back and forth from rich to lean. Would certainly drive me nuts to have one in my car.

Default Two would probably be better than one, but ...

Then the question becomes do you only need two or do you need six.

Two will tell you what each bank is doing but six will tell you what each individual cylinder is doing. At some point of course, you have to say its just too much. Where do you draw the line? One, two, or six gauges? :P

Default six is what i use

lol jk. i think if you want to tune, really tune, then you need other things than gauges. the gauges are more of a head up as to general performance.

Default Agreed. But if you want dual EGT gauges, those digital ones (can't remember the brand)

with the dual readout would be a nice option.
