Default there is 3 options for you

aluminum, carbon fibre, and piano black rs4 trim.

i think achtuning sells some of that stuff.

Default Get it painted Brilliant Black with lots of clearcoat
What I'm planning on doing if I end up getting an S4. I saw the Piano Black RS4 trim in person and it is really sweet but $$$$, so I want to next best thing, heh

and never give me a price or work estimates.

the black ashtray, bezel piece and shifter surround. Give us a call in the morning, (after 10 MST).
