Default Why would they design this thing like this? It's like an extra piece to wear out....

I hate to have to buy a whole new visor. I actually re-glued all the pieces about a year ago and now it has fallen apart again.

Default Mine broke a week ago and went down there they say i need a new visor.

I am gonna find a good fix

Default I fixed both of mine a while ago...

I went to the hardware store and found some teflon sleeves (basically looks like the ones in this pic). I cut a notch so thew would slip over the remaining visor piece and painted them black. Works great. I think they cost about $0.50. I can't recall the size I used though... If I can find the package tonight I'll update.
