The blue alcantara was not avail on the RS4, but other colors were
But don't recall witch ones, but I recall silver and black with leather bolsters.
The RS4 leather is nappa and the S4 leather is not.
While I took a downgrade on the leather, the OEM blue alcantara more than makes up for it.

Just compare it to your old S4 seats. That's the difference.
I think it's noticeable. All the RS6s have Nappa leather and it's much softer than the leather in the standard A6.
Same goes for the E46 M3s. They have Nappa and it's much softer.
The only downside I see is that Nappa leather seems to wear out faster
