clutch is depressed. So say you usually launch at 4500rpms you would set it to 4500 and while the clutch is depressed it won't let you rev over the set rpm. Any of our tuners can do this. There was some talk about asking Garrett to do this a while ago but nobody really wanted it all that bad.

...first, let's go with the smart people who run the shaker rig (OHLINS). They're taking teams with millions in budget and spending 2 straight days on a 7 post shaker rig looking for more grip with damper/suspension changes.
To those that would spend 10k to find 1/10th per lap, $700 to find a measurable gain in tire grip is a steal.
Now, let's get back to us...
I'd say no it's not worth it to the average joe. If someone had a slight spring angularity issue, then these would be a neat way to solve that problem.
I have no idea in a street car what the quantifiable gains are. If someone said, "Hey, these things are worth 5 seconds per lap in *any* car", then I'd say holy ****, they're worth $700 easy.
I've driven on nice suspensions, and I've driven on crappy suspensions, so I can say from experience that a car that handles well will make up huge time on track, and thus, good suspension is worth the investment. But the ICP perches are (as far as I know) much less significant than say a piston style change (say from linear to digressive) in a damper in terms of affect that you will notice.
I'd say these ICP's are more like nice R-compound vs. ok R-Compound tires. They have a measurable improvement if you can reach that level, and if the car can take advantage of it. But to most any enthusiast, it's a lot to spend for tenths of a second in your daily driver.

how it works for me. ;-) I don't think I could notice a very subtle change for most of my driving. I'll have to do some figuring....
