Anyone running Eagle F1 GS-D3's in 245/35 18" w/BBS CH's? Any issues?

I love the tires but it's a tight fit with slight rubbing under hard cornering at my current size. I had to really crank up the suspension as far as it would go to get to that point.
I was comparing my wheels/tires to Zold-manS4's stock wheels/tires and ride height w/H&R streets and there is a huge difference in wheel height. I had Pirelli's come on my car stock and I believe his came with the Potenza's. I matched my tires to the size of the Pirelli's. The circumfrence is smaller on the Potenza's (24.7 vs. 25.4) I was hoping that I could go to the wider yet shorter tire and eliminate my rubbing issues and allow my suspension a little more spring in the process. Zold-man has so much more adjustability in his suspension and I can only assume that it's due to the difference in overall wheel/tire height.
