Anyone running Kumho ecsta tires? Opinions? Looking for a good not to expensive summer tire.

2nd these.

I had the Kumho Ecsta Supras right before I got the exclaim UHPs. I hated the Kumho's with a passion. Noisy! And they followed ruts or grooves in the road (roads suck around here). The sidewall was stiffer on the Kumhos, but that was the only high point of them.
