When talking about the WRX, they compared it to the A4 quattro and BMW 325xi, not the S4 and 330xi. So at least THEY know where the WRX stands with the competition.
Don't get me wrong, I like it. But it's not in "our league" (raising my nose, but all in fun).

Which is sort of counter to the whole enthusiast idea in the first place. If I were Subaruy I'd be saying "we not only out-do price competitors, but we can offer up a formidable features package that only much more expensive cars can offer." I would think that'd be a good pull for WRX buyers. But then again, they're all bought up anyway, so who needs a pull??
They've got a sweet car on their hands, I wonder what their profit margins are on a car like that...

unfair to compare it to the A4 in regards to luxury but as a car goes on a purely "feel factor" the car is very hard to beat especially at that price...
