genuinevwaudiparts.com seems to have the best price on them new. I have one shipping to me from them as we speak. Unfortunately, they are very hard to get a hold of used.

You're not the only one looking for one. You'd think with all the people getting RS4 bumpers, that the stock ones would be available used. Such is not the case. 3 body shops quoted me from $1100 to $1300 for the bumper + installation, paint, etc. S4s like winter roads, but their bumpers do not.
