Default Anyone stage 3 people here run a Clutchmaster or southbend clutch with a stock flywheel?

I was advised against using a stock flywheel with these clutch setups, because they can destroy the flywheel. I am also looking at the Vast setup with a stock flywheel. I don't want a LWFW, so I guess the question is does the stock flywheel hold up to stage three clutch setups?

Default Should I purchase a new flywheel, resurface one or should the existing one be okay?

I don't have any current clutch problems that I am aware of, so I am trying to figure out if I can just upgrade the clutch and leave the flywheel alone.

Default Should be fine but have it re-surfaced for sure by someone who knows what they are...

doing with dual mass flywheels. Vast has an exchange program if there is not someone closer that you can get it from done correctly.
