Uh, that'd be Hawk, not Hawp.

Default HP+ is a great autocross pad...

...it's initial bite, even when cold, is incredible, but they perpetually squeal and are irritating to listen to. They are also fairly hard on rotors, and can get overheated on a racetrack where you lap for more than about 5 minutes at a time.

Default My bud used to track his NSX with HP+ all the time and they worked great. I had them on my street

car (97 GSX Eclipse) and they worked great, but were very messy and squealed like all get out.

Default Not sure for stock calipers but...

...Hawk blues are a legitimate track pad. They fared much better than HP+'s did on my nose-heavy fat-pig S4, but they're also a little tough on rotors. I just switched to Pagid RS14's and am happier with them as a track pad. They're not as hard on the rotors.

I've had good luck with Porterfield R4's. People also like Kerr Friction pads.

Default Yep, Kerr Friction pads. great track pad for stock calipers...

And they only cost around $225 or so. Search for Paul Wesson Motorsorts. they carry them.
