One or both of my Turbos is blown or is suspected to be as is one or both of my BPVs. Just ordered 710Ns ironicly today and then i notice my BPVs sound like *** and so do my turbos. Just recieved and installed an ABT/AMS ECU this week and the turbos already blew . Has anyone who is/was chipped and swapped in the stock ECU had trouble getting the dealer to replace the turbos under warranty???? TIA!!!!

I was actually in my friends car when he blew his turbos, we ran into a WRX right in front of my house (i live on a half mile stretch) and at about 100 mph he car sounded like it had two dentist drills underneath it. We pulled over to a sidestreet, the car was gushing blue smoke out of the exhaust and engine. He turned the car off, changed ecu's, started it up again, saw the same smoke, turned it off and called Audi roadside. They waranteed it and it was his third pair, he didnt blow his first pair, but something was either wrong with them, or he payed somebody an extra 100 bux just to say they were. Audi waranteed it, if this is only your first pair, they kinda have to. Try to make buddy buddy with the mechanics there in advance next time though, having friends at a dealership never hurts

Did you take it in with the chipped ECU in the car?

FYI, I would be a little careful bc dealerships have been known to monitor forums

Default It all depends on dealer....relationship, service manager, *****-meter

Try it and if they deny with a stock ECU make them prove why.
