Default APR 100 octane....

What are the main difference between APR's 100 octane & 91 octane program?
The only thing an increase in octane really fixes is knock, correct?
If APR's 100 octane timing is similiar to its competitors (ABT, MTM, GIAC) which are all ran on 91 octane, what would the effect be of running APR 100 on 91 octane? I know I've seen many people post that this would not be a good idea, but I just don't understand why...unless, there are other parameters that are changed between the 91 & 100 octane programs.

Thanks

Greg

Default bad idea! apr 100program tweaks A/F, boost amounts, ignition timing,

you can see a 7 degree change in my graphs below from k04 apr 93 to apr 100 - if you get some intake misters you might be able to run 100 all the time but i'd be scared of goign from 91 to 100 - 93/94 with intake misters doesnt' scare me as much. still you live on the edge a little.

I would say the main difference is more timing, less boost . . .
