Is the APR bipipe supposed to be this much of a #@$!%$* PITA to install?!

I can't get the throttle body end over the throttle body. In fact, now that I've started, I can't get the freakin thing off. Do I need to hammer the damn thing into place? It seems like it's messing up the throttle body itself.
Grrr!!!!

Be careful not to tear the o-rings or worse fvck up your TB...
Get the bi-pipe in place then push it on the TB as far as you can. Twist the bi-pipe back and forth a little bit to help. Then when you get it as far on as possible you can put the bolts in and hopefully the pipe is on far enough to give the bolts some thread. Slowly tighten each of the 3 bolts at equal rates to ensure the bi-pipe stays straight and goes on flush. That's the easiest way from my experience and i've put on a handful of bi-pipes in my day.
good luck

But this thing won't budge period. I'm wondering if I need to take a dremel and clean up the mating surface on the bipipe...if I can get it loose.

throttle body bolts sit next to it, after I did that, it went in rather easily...Once you get it on and tightened down, it fits REALLY well and very snug...
