APR Chip & TIP Shifting Issues? (more)

If you have recently purchased a APR chip for your S4 w/TIP, I would like to know if you have noticed a differance in shifting pattern, under normal driving conditions. I notice in third gear, when shifting to fourth, the car seems like its going to shift up, and then hesitates, and then shifts at a little higher RPM. Also had a freaky thing happen last night, as I coasted across a intersection (maybe at 5 mph), when I did get on the gas, the tranny hesitated, and then.. THUNK, engaged!
Anyone have any experiences like this or otherwise?

The 'thunk' is when the tranny shifts into first gear when you are rolling slowly. I hate when it happens and I try to avoid the situation. It usually happens when you let the car slow to a few miles per hour, and then start to go again. It downshifts and hammers the tranny.
I was kind of hoping that the chips would solve this problem.
