APR Downpipe issue.

Hi all,
I am in the midst of frustration after I install the ARP DP. I had that done on an exhaust shop and everything runs smooth and the car is stronger than ever. however, I am getting the CEL and I have no idea why. I am using the OE Oxygen sensor (with extended wire) and I have no idea how come the CEL comes up. I have borrowed my mechanic's 4 ft Oxygen sensors to verify the situation too (because at first I though it is my soldering problem) - well, same thing, CEL comes up after 40 - 45 miles of driving.
BTW, I am running GIAC, could it be the issue? I don't want to go back to stock DP (esp. after tasting the power of bigger DP), can anyone shred some light? Many thanks in advance!!

The APR Software takes out the CEL when DP is installed while other software (liek GIAC) will not do it.
So, either I have to change my program to APR (which I don't because GIAC feels great!) or I had to do something called "Anti-fouler" mod....so I will go for the 2nd route!
