That runs counter to what APR and MTM are claiming.

Default I am not concerned with the emissions test either Drew, but according to APR and MTM their downpipe

and high flow cats keep the car emissions legal. When you put on test pipes (APR) this changes.

I believe that the shop fine for this is $100K. The owner gets a biggie too, but it is less.

Default He is asking about dyno emissions testing though. Of course, if there is no dyno test then

this whole discussion is moot.
