Should I get them? It doesn't sound like they will fit that easily, i.e. they don't come with the necessary bracket...<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=791817127 7&category=33701&sspagename=WDVW">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=791817127 7&category=33701&am

Well, not really, but I'm gonna have to pay $1000 to get my seats redone anyway
Since the alcantara is shot (you probably missed that post), so this is a much better deal. The stock seats make my butt go numb...

Yes, a little modification can be made, but who is to say they havent already bent over backwards
for their car anyway?
however, IMO, dont waste your money on expensive seats UNLESS they are going to be a large improvement over the stockers, which I think those rs4 seats are not. Never the less, if they DO go for 1500, that is a damn good deal.
However, the rs4/GT3 porsche seats are the way to go.
They are comfortable, ergonomic, stock looking, and hold your a$$ in place like nobody's business. The only problem people have with them is that they have no airbags.
these are TeamImola's. He paid a lot for them though.

And I think he is also trying to sell them. Try contacting him. He would already have the necessary brackets and mod's done to them to fit.

My advice is to save your money until it passes smog, then go buck wild
BTW, my alcantara is pretty bad only on the drivers seat probably because I wear hard jeans at times. I understand the desire to get them fixed because of the condition they're in but my car isn't a show car and my *** is on it to cover it up anyway.
What ever you do, good luck and I hope you can make it down south for the dyno day. If anything, Diego can hook you up with a smog station.
