Argh... WheelWorx couldn't repair my polished RC wheel

For anyone who's wondering, polished finish wheels are a major PITA to repair, so if you get them, don't curb them!
I went in bright and early this morning to WheelWorx in Maryland and they told me they didn't have the equipment to machine polish the scratch on my wheel.
So I'm still debating between getting a new wheel or sending it to Wheel Collision in Pennsylvania, who I *think* have the equipment to do the repair. Any thoughts?

as long as the wheel is true.
ps: you can fix it yourself if it's not that bad...
get some wetsand paper, 600 grit and 1000 grit, and
rubbing compound.
spray some water on the paper, sand down...
use rubbing compound,
once it looks good mask it off and spray some
clear metal primer/paint adhesion stuff on it.
then clearcoat... wait a few days and use rubbing
compound again.

I had an RC done last week - he straightened two bends from a winter pothole (aarrrrgh) and it came out perfectly. He did it in three days, too! He's a custom wheel maker and he does alloy and aluminum wheel repair. And his prices are reasonable. I know a couple of other guys who have used him in the past and they've been just as pleased.
He's a one man operation in Burlington, NJ and he works from 8-6 Mon-Fri and Sat 8-2. Call him and tell him your problem - let him know that Theo with the yellow Audi S4 sent you.
He's at (609) 387-4488 If you get his answering machine it's only because he's working in the shop.
BTW: He's a quiet kind of guy - he may seem impolite, but he's just a guy of few words. Besides, he does great work - isn't that what matters?
Good luck.
