hey guys, just wanted to restate the obvious: intercoolers on a stage3 car make the car a completely new beast.
I had AWE Intercoolers on my car, but i sold them because im switching to a front mount. In the mean time, ive been running stock intercoolers. I swear to you i almost feel like im on KO3s again, ive lost all of my top end. It feels just like the KO3s in that there is a power spike, then the power just drops off pretty bad.
The extra cooling and the capability to run more boost with better intercoolers is really a huge jump in power. Im on 17-18psi now. i cant wait to get my IC done and get my power back!! car feels weak...

I can say that when I dynoed my car stayed, the runs were all within 3whp of each other. Also, the guy running the dyno was eager to go home (i guess), because he didnt even wait 30 seconds between runs.
The car that was most similar to me (sans Intercoolers) saw a 19hp/31tq drop from his 1st to 3rd runs. Although, his first run was helped out by getting to sit in front of the fans for almost 10 extra minutes while the guys tried to get a good connection to his spark plug cable (for their rpm sensor)
