the Audi "OOOO" emblem is coming off on the steering wheel. Will they replace it under warranty?

Default the Audi "OOOO" emblem is coming off on the steering wheel. Will they replace it under warranty?
Also what about the rubberized coating on the shift around peeling off?

Or is it part of the air bag cover?

Default i think its part of the air bag cover, so i think in order to get it right, the airbag would need to
be replaced.

Why replace airbag? Why not just replace cover?
