Why, oh why does it feel like I am pulling teeth to get my car in for service. They make it sound like I am asking for a tremendous favor, when in fact, I am calling them to ask when I can bring in the object they sold to me for $42,000, so that I can pay roughly $100 an hour for them to pour some oil into it and perform basic maintenence. AoA better do some serious overhaul and get their people in line with their upgraded clientele, they would be well served to pay more attention to what Audi of North Scottsdale (Arizona) is doing right - they make you feel like a king, and I would buy another Audi for this reason alone... service matters as much as anything else, people skills matter, perception is everything. Sorry for the rant.

..... undamaged cars seem out of the question in Northern VA from either dealer.
Expecting any work to be done correctly the first or second time (3rd time usually does it for minor repairs) seems completely unreasonable.
So long as sales numbers stay strong, I doubt Audi of America will pay any attention to the after-sale experience.
