2nd. But keep an eye out for the GM thing at FedEx Field...
It's similar to this but with GM cars and their "competitors". They set it up in the parking lots at FedEx Field in mid-May/early June. I went last year and the year before. It's a great chance to beat on a couple cars. One of the attendants last year told me to "Treat it like a rental." I did.
