Last name Genovese and lives near the stadium...

His family is more likely than not "connected", judging by the mothers response. The people in that area are used to looking the other way. But goddam someone died here show some friggin remorse. it doesn't look like having him off the street for a while will be any detriment to society. My guess with the above being said he will get a more leniant sentence than most in this position..."connections"
