Auxilirary coolant pump

hey i know its been talked about before but i have a major auxilirary coolant pump leak. i was kinda reading that you didnt have to have it tho. what should i do?

Replace it or bypass it. Bad idea would be to leave it leaking

i know but i saw that someone put an elbow fitting in... is that a suitable substitute?

replace it, make sure you get the new kit that relocates the pump
