Default Average life Span of O2 sensor?

I have been getting intermittent DTC's of:

VAG-COM Version: Release 504.1-UD

Control Module Part Number: 8D0 907 551 M
Component and/or Version: 2.7l V6/5VT G 0002
Software Coding: 06711
Work Shop Code: WSC 00000
4 Faults Found:
16805 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0421 - 35-00 - -
16815 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0431 - 35-00 - -
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit
P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Most of the time I do not get the 16514 DTC however. I understand that Warm Up Cat codes can come from aftermarket DP's, warming up from letting car idle for periods when cold. It seems like 17539 codes are increasing in frequency. Is this a sign my O2's are on the way out? What is average lifetime of O2 sensor?

Bosch says 100k miles but they've been known to fail way before that.

Default I got codes for all four sensors when my n75 and my maf plug freaked out....

I cleared everything and they didn't come back. About 5k miles later my drivers primary o2 went out. Could be related to the slew of wierdness that my car was going through at the time.
