Default put a bulb condom on the bulb and cut a spot out so its brighter in one spot,, or cover with a lil .

electrical tape till it balances out

Default No fix. AWE know about it and can't do anything. It's the way they come.

Default I believe they are all Dim....

Mechanical gauges have a diaphram that doesn't allow a bulb to be put directly behind the needle. I have been told if it is really important to you to have a uniform lighting to get an electronic gauge where the blub can be mounted to produce uniform light.
