Default Well, the only FMIC that has been released is the Duh FMIC

and gains haven't been proven yet....and if no gains are proven, I agree - it's just a look.

I can't wait to see when these kits avaliable - noone seems to have them besides Duh and distributors.

I can't wait to see some independant testing - before and afters.

Default you callin me a ricer?

:P

btw, I saw AT LEAST a 20HP increase with my FMIC over my RS4 ICs. There is a reason most import tuners use FMICs.

That is impressive! Can we see the tests and how they were administered?

Default I guess I'll rephrase to end the argument:

I'n not a big fan of the LOOK of FMIC, more or less every car that has one looks worse because of it IMO. However, they do offer benefits. I personally feel those benfits for a car driven on the street don't outweigh the costs to aesthetics. I'm super **** about keeping the Audi sytling ;-).

Default Ya, at first I thought you meant just plain "r_cer"

but ya, if you don't like the look, do as the other suggested. Get it anodized. You'll retain function and still keep the Audi on the DL.

Then you'll get the best of both worlds.
