I did something similar with my wife on the back of my motorcycle
She literally almost fell of the back. Needless to say, she made me get rid of the motorcycle. Most women just don't have the same appreciation for acceleration and speed (and audio/video equipment).
Pick up a used '01.5 S4 this weekend with 47K miles. Discussing Stage 3 options with the local tuner on Monday.
I don't think I will miss my RS6 at all. It was pure joy rowing gears again. It sure is harder to heel/toe in this than in my previous 540, though. The pedal placement of the accelerator is a little low, I think. Nothing I can't take care of...

My GF had my stage 2 at 174 mph when I was sleeping in the passenger seat
I only managed 168 mph when I was driving on the Italian Autostrada, when she took the wheel she managed 174 on a straight and empty stretch. 18 months later, I still have not had a chance to match her speed. Grrrrr
