Default AWE Tuning Customer Service is very good.

Had some issues with my Bailey DVs. They walked me through the RMA process. I sent them off. They processed it. When they got the parts in stock, they sent them to me right away. Didn't take too long. I have two shiny new DVs waiting to be put back in the car.

Just wanted to let people know that their customer service was great and the warranty process isn't that painful at all.

Default agreed...

ive never had any complaints with awe tuning... they always stand by their customers and i appreciate that...

there are a few vendors on here that ill vouch for 100% they (awe) happen to be one of them...

just an example, a while back mike helped me source parts/fitment for items they werent even selling me... and for that i am grateful, when nobody could give me answers they stepped in and truly helped out.

Default Eh, but isn't this what you expect a retailer to do who shipped you a defective product?

Pretty bad when we need to celebrate that a retailer does what they're supposed to do.

Default out of curiousity...

how would a retailer know an item is defective with out installing it? its not an error on their part but possibly bailey (the mfg's)... no?

and, fyi -- that warranty is via Bailey, not AWE.

Default I agree.

Ideally, the manufacturer should inspect parts before thy ship them. The retailer should be able to rely on that. But as we all know, it can be cheaper to ship defective parts and let the customer do the quality control.

Anyway, my point had nothing to do with that. **** happens. A retailer should take care of their customers. Kudos to AWE for doing what they are meant to do.

They were on the car almost two years. These are truly used. AWE said, "Send 'em right to us."

Default would you go with bailey again?

only reason i ask is i am currently on oem 710n... wondering if i should go with 710p, or aftermarket... (my gut says just redo 710n and call it a day)
