Sounds like everything is new and you already swapped all critical parts between bank1 and bank2 and you are still getting the same LTFT readings. Is this correct?
Yes that is correct. The motor was completely rebuilt new pistons new rods heads redone with 2.8 intake cams.So looks like the problem has emerged.I went to put some gas the tank was low so when I turned at the light the car stumbled sounded like it was going to shut off so I moved over tried to make it into a business park.As I was turning the car made a ugly noise sounded like metal clanking then the car died.I had my VCDS connected it had misfires for cylinders 1,2,3 and g40 implausible signal.tried putting some gas did not start had it towed home open valve covers and timing gears put the motor at TDC passenger cam gear was not in line.looks like the camshaft gear spun don't know how that happened the bolts were on good but I did notice the metal key that connects to the camshaft was on backwards with the Audi logo facing inward not sure if that makes a difference.Well I have the motor out all the exhaust valves on bank 1 are bent sticking out.Not sure if this issue was slowly causing my trims to go out.

That would do it. Almost looks like the key doesn’t fit the cam correctly as I have never seen one that loose on a 2.7T. The bolt for the key is higher torque, don’t recall the number off hand but it’s in the torque spec list.

so I just recently found out why I had a split between both banks I had two leaks at the injectors number 2 and number 5 letting in unmetered air I also replaced all the o ring on the injectors and pressure tested for anymore leaks.seems like everything is looking good now.
