warranty (heaven!). No creaks and weaknesses like the older S4. The S4 is not at all reliable, IMO. It hasnt been for me, or many other S4 owners i know. BUT, it is a very fun, luxurious, fast, rare car. I would probably get a new R32 before i got another S4, and trust me, i love my S4. The problems get really annoying though. But, i still havent chipped my car. Im waiting for install on a chip i just got. Ill prob love my car even more when i chip it. Good luck with your decision!

....just from a chip. As for AMS adding 100 ft-lbs of torque.....um....not really. The B5 S4 has 258 ft-lbs of torque stock. The AMS chip bumps up the torque (AFAIK) to around 300 ft-lbs. So it is not a 100 ft-lb increase in torque, but more like a 42 ft-lb increase.
