The back of my drivers seat just fell off for no reason...has this happened to anyone else?

Happened in my A4. It's held on with pressure clips. Spread the metal clips apart with a screw
driver, gently, and push them back in. If it happens repeatedly, make them replace the seat back as it's a danger to the people sitting in the rear seat.
