Back to the turbo whistle sound, what was the conclusion ?

Back to the turbo whistle sound, what was the conclusion ?
Turbos give the usual whistle sound, if you look at the movie Mad MAx, kind of the same noise when he pull the trigger 
Same noise as most turbo car.
Now, with a Chip, close to the end of the whistle, or sometimes at the same time, ( 3000- 3500 rpm, 3rd, 4th gears ) there is another sound blowing sound, kind of a siren far away.Sound goes away at the same time Im out of turbo rpm.Performance are Really good
If I remove the Chip, sound is gone.. Perfs go back to normal.
