i didnt think a ko3 car could go 295kph or 183mph

with the right gearing i am sure you can...I mean k03 cars arent THAT slow.

Timing of the 0-100km/h (62mph) on the vid is about 5.5 seconds. I'd guess stage 2.

Default It's MTM stage II+ and that speedo is highly optimistic.
His RPM's are much lower than mine for the same given speed. At 295 km/h, my RPM's are just about at redline...you can see he has a few hundered RPM to go.
