best exhaust for our babies? mtm, borla, neuspeed, remus, apr, milltek, or...?

Still Borla/NEuspeed
All of them are on the same level of sound (except perhaps VM2 and the previous APR).
The more expensive ones are better finished if you park your car above your bed so you get to admire your exhaust everynight...otherwise the tips of all of them look close enough not to care.
The Borla/Neuspeed it's cheaper by $600 or more to the next one up.

I was leaning towards Forge after reading Don's nice review.
But, are the performance gains still considered for real? 21 horsepower at the wheels!!! Were there any follow-up confirmations on this?
And lastly, if the Forge gains are for real, do the other exhausts (such as Borla) do as well? Even though Forge is expensive, it sounds like it might still win the hp/$ competition.

S4 Forge-Milltek Cat-Back Exhaust

I bet all the exhaust have about the same HP gain...
I really doubt there's much performance difference between them... it would be in the 2 or 3 HP range at most. I think MTM says their exhaust dynos at +15 HP over stock or so... and they are typically conservative.
Realistically, here were my 4 main criteria for the exhaust, in this order:
1) Looks
2) Sound
3) Performance
4) Cost
#1 eliminated the Borla for me (I hate the nested tips and the way they point down), #2 eliminated APR, #3 I didn't have enough data, and well #4 being #4 meant I could buy MTM... if it were #1 or #2 I wouldn't have had that option ;-)
If I were doing it now I would look at MTM, Forge, and Supersprint (maybe new dual can APR but I wonder if the tips will still yellow and if rocks will still get between the tips as there's a really small gap there).
