Best jack and jack stand locations?

I'm going to be painting brake calipers soon so I was checking out the underside of the car. Where is the best location to place a hydraulic jack and jack stands? My casual inspection didn't turn up any obvious spots.

There are little arrows at all four jack points. You just need to look closely

There are pics in the manual so I guess RTFM applies here ;-)

Jack, rear of the car look under where the arrows are, there are circular pads, perfect for

circular pads, perfect for jack. Then place the stand (carefully) under the white arrows..

Carefully as you can bend things down there. I have yet to bend anything and have had my car quite high due to Exhaust repair.
