fill up with gas to remove the dirt/crap that accumulates during the week. If you do that (as I have done) they'll last about a year. If not, the dirt/crap nicks the rubber blade and causes streaking.

especially cuz i get mine for free under warranty.
just say they are streaking everytime you go in.
or you can shell out $$ for the B6 slick ones. they are supposed to be the bomb except in winter.
