which is better? Forge or Bailey DV. ( the stock DV is definitely the weakest link )

Yep, it does still say Delrin, and as soon as we complete our ISP change, we're updating a lot
of info.
I'll admit that there have been failures of DV30 valves, and 6 of them we have seen actually had melted pistons. They all were sent back to Bailey for analysis, and the conclusion is that there was a bad material batch somewhere along the line. Seeing that the TOTAL of failed DV30s amounts to less than .01% of the total DV30 valves sold in the US, the DV30s seem to actually have a better track record than the OEM units by far.
You post *is* an innuendo, since the bottom line is:

I didn't HINT, at anything..read it again
"there have been reports of defective DV30's too"
means just what it says
and I still think the Bosch failure rate is MUCH MUCH
higher with the 1.8T engines than the 2.7
