Anyone remember that SNL sketch?

Anyway, heard people talking about this commercial this weekend, it's on Audiusa.com's site. Very nice! Can't wait to see the race in Portland. Gonna buy my tix today... :-))

sweetness...

Default Did you see the race???

Man, I knew the results and saw the commercial during the race, but I was on the edge of my seat for the last 7 laps (ESPECIALLY that last lap). That BMW was just knifing through GT traffic to get to the R8 (FLASH-FLASH...check your mirrors...MOVE out of my way!!!) before the checkered flag.

Default Yeah, I was sure we were toast.

Sorry for being one of little hope, but that BMW was zooming towards the end, making up major time. So exciting. Missed much of the beginning (hadn't woken up yet, West Coast time) so didn't see the S4 pace car. (Will that be touring the circuit? Remember it was a Canadian one, wonder if they'll be a US-spec for the others?) Very cool, can't wait...

Default Si, senor...send $1 to Happy Dude...

j/k

But if you really want a copy and don't mind waiting around for a week or two for me to hassle with hooking up a second VCR, e-mail me, and I'll send you one at no expense to myself.

Default The benefits of being ignant...

Saw the commercial, but didn't realize "Mosport" was the race I was watching... I thought it was just talking about motorsports in general. :-)

Default My nails are bloody from chewing on them that last 4 laps :)

That had to be one of the funnest races I've ever watched, not that I get to watch many. No cable so no speedvision. That BMW was catching up a little too fast for my stomach to handle.

Whew!!!!!!!
Andrew Lee

Default Where were all you motorsports fans...

when I was at the Charlotte ALMS race doing
nightly 'reports' from the circuit and the Joest
mechanics (and Frank Biela for that matter) were checking out my Imola in the paddock ? ;-)

Seriously, whoever is going to Petit LeMans, let's have an S4-fest !
