Better to use Silicone, Engine Oil,or Dino Juice on the TBB to ease install?

You really shouldn't need it!
The only time I have ever used lubrication when installing the TBB is one time when I could not get the sensor to fit in the top of the TBB.
TIP: when installing the new TBB start with the largest opening (the part that fits the TB) and start at the bottom. (clarification, make sure you install the sensor before you start the step!) then tighten, and go to the two intercooler pipes and pop them on.
I would be VERY cautious using any kind of lubricant that last long. (Aka, spit dries up!) because if you have a lubricated TBB it will just pop right off (I know from experience!)

What about hair spray?
I have never changed my TBB but it sounds like a little trick used for handgrips on mountain bikes might help. The rubber handgrips are a real bitch to get on a metal handle bar. With a few shots of hair spray, they slide right on and when the spray dries in a few hours they are super tacky and the handgrips won't move.
