Turbowins

OK So about 10 months ago, after dumping 6 grand into my 2001 s4 replacing the transmission, clutch (stage 2 kevlar) flywheel, shifter and linkage with jh stuff and a bunch of other crap, the only thing i left out replacing (stupid me) were my 155k mi original k03's that failed about 4 months later. shortly after i began getting loud dentist drill whine of bad turbos but continued to drive that way for about 6 months. I would notice that the car began to consume oil quickly (i had to put a quart or two in every 3 weeks or so) and i always noticed upon a cold start i would get a puff of blueish white smoke.

I noticed in the last 2 months or so that the sound of the turbos got really bad and then about a month ago i was driving to my chicks house on the freeway when all of a sudden the car began to billow out blueish white smoke, mostly white. The car was still running fine after it happened but there was smoke when i removed my oil cap. Is this the turbos losing their seals finally or is it a sign of something else? whenever i turn the car on, it smokes...
